NOVEMBER 28, 11AM CET — 4PM CET
Hack the Body
Language
An interactive online seminar for anyone interested to learn
how to read unconscious gestures in any communication.
In this seminar, you will learn how to read the true meaning of gestures and answer the questions one is asking himself in any conversation:
— How to tell when a person lies or tells the truth?
— What does the other person really think when saying this or even staying silent?
— What do my own gestures reveal about my actual motives in this discussion?
All of these questions were already answered in the long intellectual history of yoga.
Yogis based their practice on the fact that every person consists of a body, psyche, and intellect, and these three are tightly interconnected.
One of the main principles illustrating this connection is that we can analyze body language to understand one’s current state of psyche, and, the other way around, by changing our emotions we can affect body language.
Lecturers
Yogini, public speaker and ex-corporate executive
This course is intended for professionals, public speakers, entrepreneurs, movement and visual artists, and anyone interested in enhancing their communication skills. Join this interactive seminar to:
Explore
yogic psychological theory on interconnection between gestures and emotional centers (chakras)
Learn
how to observe and read emotions behind gestures through selected video examples; and
Practice
interpreting gestures in a live conversation and getting valid feedback on the congruity of your own body language.
Participants will be interacting with each other and afterwards discussing the congruity, real meaning, and energetic component of gestures behind their words.

I loved Diana’s mindfulness session, and it gave everyone clarity and everyday steps on how to deal with situations!
A lot of mindfulness workshops are too high-level or not useful in everyday life. She brings this practical side to everyday life while being useful, impactful, and mindful. Very interesting and inspiring! Liked the real-world applications of it all!
Thea Myhrvold -
I attended a workshop on psychology of open chakras with Dmitry in Amsterdam in 2015. It was a very insightful and unique way to explore our own nature, and I would love to learn more from him!
Vivian Oliana -
Incredible team of experts who really love what they do. Thank you for an opportunity to dedicate some time to my personal development during this quarantine.
Galina Oleynik -

All the instructors are very professional, and unique in their own way. All the practices from Yogis Without Borders that I attended, were very efficient and beneficial for me.
I believe this project is a huge gift for current times. Many thanks.
